JPMorgan Chase CIB - Wholesale Payments - M&A Escrow & Paying Agent Services - Client Analyst in Jersey City, New Jersey
Responsible for supporting with the delivery of seamless end-to-end understanding of paying agent account portfolios, document reviews and shareholder payouts.
Key responsibilities include the following:
Provide strong client service by working directly with clients and shareholders on requests pertaining to deal, offer solutions to client needs, and develop meaningful client and shareholder relationships
Knowledge and understanding on Legal Contracts/Agreements and Letters of Transmittal
Develop expertise in proprietary escrow paying agent software & systems
Active participation in regular Product and Technology projects as necessary including the timely and accurate completion of the project its related deliverables
Ensure all escrow paying agent transaction activities are in compliance with the firm's standards
Experience in global payment systems, wire transfers and Swift messages
Client and shareholder communication experience
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Power point, Word)
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a team player
Must be able to start immediately
