JPMorgan Chase CIB - Wholesale Payments - M&A Escrow & Paying Agent Services - Client Analyst in Jersey City, New Jersey

Responsible for supporting with the delivery of seamless end-to-end understanding of paying agent account portfolios, document reviews and shareholder payouts.

Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide strong client service by working directly with clients and shareholders on requests pertaining to deal, offer solutions to client needs, and develop meaningful client and shareholder relationships

  • Knowledge and understanding on Legal Contracts/Agreements and Letters of Transmittal

  • Develop expertise in proprietary escrow paying agent software & systems

  • Active participation in regular Product and Technology projects as necessary including the timely and accurate completion of the project its related deliverables

  • Ensure all escrow paying agent transaction activities are in compliance with the firm's standards


  • Experience in global payment systems, wire transfers and Swift messages

  • Client and shareholder communication experience

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Power point, Word)

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a team player

  • Must be able to start immediately
