Collect and analyze data across business units to develop, implement, and improve business intelligence applications and optimize business decision-making processes. Meet with business stakeholders and other technical team members to gather and analyze application data requirements. Design and build data interface solutions to satisfy application requirements for the business. Perform data analysis, including data flows across business applications and interfaces. Define, document, maintain, implement, and remain in compliance with data business definitions, standards, quality rules, and methods. Conduct business data analysis activities, including data profiling, creating data dictionary creation, developing data transformation rules development, and creating integration requirements.Requirements:Master’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, plus two years of experience in offered position or a business analyst position.ORBachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, plus five years of progressive post-Bachelor’s experience in offered position or a business analyst position.*All of the required skills must have included scoping requirements, creating specifications document, and developing project plan; working with data mining tools, software and extract data; performing technical architecture and system designs that meet business requirements and fit into the overall infrastructure; building streaming applications; developing data pipeline to ingest, transform, and analyze customer data; and using data warehousing technologies including IBM Infosphere DataStage ETL, cloud technologies (AWS and GCP), relational database management systems (SQL Server and Oracle), scripting languages (Python, R, and PL/SQL), big data technologies (Hive, Sqoop, and Kafka), and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, and Trizetto Facets). *This role entails hybrid work, with some work days required in our Jersey City, NJ office and other work days telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S.
