Your Role

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the face of our company to the customers you speak with. You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring service excellence through proactive customer service, problem solving, customer follow up, and interaction with our sales colleagues. You will be on first shift in this position, reporting to the Jericho office Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing logistics expertise and overseeing the customer experience

  • Monitor customer shipments to provide proactive updates by collaborating with our partners.

  • Collaborate with team members to provide problem resolution to customers.

  • Communicate and provide updates to customers from collection of the shipment until the delivery is made.

  • Report to the regional operational care manager

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or similar field

  • 3+ years of Air Logistics and Freight Forwarding experience

  • Must report to our Jericho office Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00am - 4:30pm, with the possibility of holidays and weekends as this office is a 24/7 facility

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
