Job Description

SECOND SHIFT POSITIONS - Up to $30.80/hour with relevant & verified work experience.

Position Summary: Experience a rewarding career maintaining and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment with the latest technology including conveyors, robotics, and packaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment

  • Perform mechanical and electrical trouble shooting and repair

  • Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair

  • Installation of new equipment

  • Welding and metal fabrication

  • Maintain a safe work environment

Skills/Requirements

  • Mechanical experience with a continued desire to learn

  • Willingness to move up within Midwest Manufacturing

  • Ability to work additional hours as required

  • The ability to analyze situations and equipment

  • Detail-oriented

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Experience or schooling in the following areas are preferred but not limited to:

    Industrial Maintenance

    Preventative Maintenance

    Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair

    Hydraulic and pneumatic repair

    3 phase AC and DC electrical testing

    PLC and Control circuits troubleshooting

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs frequently and 70lbs occasionally
