Parsons Corporation Senior Manager - Project Controls (Stadium/Sports Arenas) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – Project Controls to join our team for a Stadium/Sports Arena construction project. The Senior Manager- Project Controls will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing project controls activities to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures to effectively monitor and manage project performance.

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish project baselines, including scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Lead the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones.

  • Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting activities to track project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying risks and deviations from the project plan, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of project status, including progress reports, variance analyses, and forecasts.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project controls staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in project controls management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects with minimum 8yrs+ experience in GCC (KSA experience ideally).

  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
