Predicate Logic is looking for a motivatedElectronics Technicianto join our team inPearl Harbor, Hawaii.

Predicate Logic also has offices in Chesapeake, Virginia, specializing in communications engineering, training, and Cybersecurity, and in Charleston, South Carolina, supporting the Navy and Marine Corps programs through Naval Information Warfare Center Charleston.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

  • Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide functional and technical support to the Department of Navy and Department of Defense Business Information Technology systems enabling end-to-end communications.
  • Construct components, subunits or simple models or adapt standard equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions within the CSRR onboard all classes of submarines.
  • Be an expert on all interfaces of the CSRR to other ship systems and antennas.
  • Ability to follow specific layout and scientific diagrams to construct and package simple devices and subunits of equipment.
  • Conduct various test and experiments to include Pre-installation checkout (PICO) and Systems Operational Verification Test (SOVT).

EXPERIENCE:

  • Eight (8) years of practical experience, to include: electronics repair, maintenance, installation, and checkout.
  • Two (2) years of experience, to include: supervision and shop practices.
  • Three (3) years of practical experience, to include: electronics repair and installation.
  • Experience supporting systems and equipment, but are not limited to:
    • Automated Digital Network System (ADNS)
    • Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Service (CANES)
    • CSRR Operator Workstations to include Control and Management Software (CandM)
    • Naval Modular Automated Communications System (NAVMACS)
    • Radio Frequency Distribution and Control Systems (RFDACS)
    • Undersea Assured Command and Control (UAC2)
    • CISCO Router / Switch configuration and troubleshooting

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED, Technical School or Class A or B military school in electronics or communications, or four (4) years electronics apprentice program.
