Job Title: Production Worker

Summary

Works along beside with adults with developmental disabilities in a prevocational setting. Performs any

combination of repetitive task on assembly line to produced prodcuts. Be able to utilize various tools. Will be

asked to be versital and perform a variey of tasks. Meet required production/quality demands in assigned

area to ensure on time delivery and quality.

Notice

This position has been designated a safety sensitive position within the meaning of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana

Amendment Act of 2016, as amended, and no person currently using any marijuana product will be hired for or

permitted to perform this position regardless the persons status as a qualifying patient or caregiver under that

Amendment. Must be able to pass a child and adult maltreatment and drug screen. Must comply with HIPAA and

privacy laws. Exposure to sensitive program participant information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilites

Punctuality, dependability and good a attendance is a strict requirement

Must be alert and aware of surroundings at all times to ensure safety

Supervise clients in their daily prevocational assignments

Strong focus on quality and a be a positive team player

Follow safety requirements

Meeting production demands

Report machine issues, requestion maintenance to direct supervisor

May be asked to work extended hours

May be assigned to help monitor clients during break and lunch duty

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School graduate or GED preferred

Ability to read, write, and perform simple mathematical calculations preferred

Physical Demands

Standing or sitting for long periods of time

Lifting up to 50#s

Strong manual dexterity: requires repeated and coordinated use of your hands, wrists,

and gingers to grasp objects. Good use of hand held equipment

Work Environment

Work is performed in a manufacturing setting within a clinical day treatment facility

providing opportunities for adult with developmental disabilities
