Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Must be able to support and assist the directors’ level, preferably in multinational companies.

  • Must have a higher level of public and private communication.

  • Must be able to support a teamwork environment with good relationship skills.

  • Must live in São Bernardo, Santo André, São Caetano, Diadema (ABC region), São Paulo (South zone)

  • Must be available to work at the office 3 days in a week at a minimum level.

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Brazil.

  • Compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.

  • Education and/or Experience

  • Must have a university degree in areas such as: business, marketing, management, secretary or related areas.

  • Must have 5 years of experience in multinational companies, supporting directors and managers, with a higher level of autonomy and good transit with all organizational levels (production/commercial/business).

    Language Skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate in Portuguese and English language verbally and in advanced level (interactions with other countries, meetings and emails).

  • Spanish language is desirable.

    Computer Skills

  • Familiarity within Protheus system (desirable)

  • Familiar with Windows 365, Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
