About your new role: Our 2nd shift Production Supervisor will coordinate, direct, and be actively involved in the daily activities of the production floor. They will train and develop employees through established methods, maintaining uniformity of policy and procedures throughout all of manufacturing. As well as ensuring operations achieve optimum levels of efficiency, quality, and have minimal losses of time and material. Our Production Supervisor is responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures, disciplining and terminating employees assigned to them as needed.
