Position Responsibilities: Execute all assigned service jobs with precision and dedication. Maintain effective communication with the Lead Technician for technical assistance and unique service challenges. Attend service training classes to stay updated on new products and refresh skills on less common ones. Ensure prompt submission of daily paperwork, including timecards and maintenance reports. Maintain open communication with dispatchers and the service office regarding job status and availability. Cultivate and nurture relationships with territory sales representatives, keeping them informed of potential sales opportunities. Essential Skills and Experience: Minimum of 2 years\' experience preferred in generator repair, but those with experience in diesel repair, automotive repair, or industrial engine repair are strongly encouraged to apply. Strong customer orientation with exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in time management for organizing and managing multiple priorities. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with laptop fundamentals. Possession of necessary tools for repairs, per our recommended tool list. Valid driver\'s license and a good driving record.
