Responsibilities

Outpatient Therapist Opportunity (Remote or Hybrid) - Fee For Service

This is as remote position with the opportunity to work remote, hybrid, or on-site based on employee preference. This is a per diem / fee for service opportunity with the oppportunity for a full time caseload and transition to full time after hire.

Our medical staff consists of psychiatrists who average 20 years of practice at our facility, providing a solid and trusted foundation for our patient-focused approach to behavioral healthcare. We are an important community resource for a wide range of vital behavioral healthcare services. We treat primary psychiatric and substance abuse disorders and constantly strive to meet the needs of our communities with treatment that address individualized behavioral health needs. We stand ready to provide compassionate care through inpatient treatment and a strong continuum of aftercare services, community-based programs, and day treatment.

We are currently hiring Licensed and Licensed Eligible (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) Mental Health Clinicians for our outpatient clinic. Experience with the following is highly preferred:

    Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling. Degree must be eligible for Massachusetts clinical licensure

  • Eligibility for licensure is required

  • Current LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PHD preferred

  • Current Massachusetts resident required
