Senior Scheduler (Multiple Positions), Ferrovial Construction JFK T1, LLC, Jamaica, NY. Coordinate all phases of the planning and scheduling effort for projects. Identify risks and opportunities during initial planning and execution of a project. Review cost and resource loading in baseline schedule. Review reports detailing actual work versus scheduled job for risk management analysis. Conduct and submit contractors’ monthly schedule works’ report submissions. Assess schedule changes and time impact analysis for evidence of time extensions. Conduct forecasting and report to the Project Management Team. Implement correct internal procedures to track daily and weekly onsite progress.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $229,000.00/yr.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any) or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience.Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:•Scheduling software P3, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.•Modifying plans with at least two (2) of the following tools: AutoCAD/3D, MicroStation, Bluebeam Revit, and/or Sketch UP;•Utilizing Microsoft Excel to keep track of payments, budgeting, and cost control on a large infrastructure project (at least over $200 million);•Conducting daily field inspections;•Coordinating with multiple departments on a large civil infrastructure project valued over $200 million; and•Managing all scheduling activities related to a highway, bridge, road, and/or runway/airport construction projects.
