Position Summary

HR Manager oversees multiple facets of human resources function, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, and employee services. This role involves developing HR strategies to attract and retain employees, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment by providing excellent customer service and business partnering in the HR domain.

Core Responsibility

Human Capital Business Partnering

  • Analyze and adjust HR-related strategies in response to business needs

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR teams to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs that address current problems and also to avoid future ones.

  • Collaborate with Manager and Management to develop strategies for (but not limited to): Workforce Planning and Talent Management for all employees in the Divisions

HR Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Review and evaluate HR-related budgets, and budget strategies, track expenses, analyze costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Forecasting and planning workforce supply and demand by understanding the existing workforce, employee skills, experience, load capability, and potential talent gaps

  • Developing an appropriate and cost-effective strategy for retaining and recruiting our workforce.

  • Monitor and evaluate company talent acquisition processes and life-cycle, from the hiring process into onboarding experiences within the agreed SLA.

  • Evaluate and provide insights for decision-making regarding the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and best practices, retention, and employee branding programs.

People Services, Compensation, and Benefit Management

  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure the benefits programs remain competitive and compliant.

  • Develop compensation & benefits strategies, policies, and structures to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with organizational goals based on the compensation survey and benchmarking

  • Oversee the payroll-related system, procedures, and implementation, including but not limited to wages calculation, salaries, bonuses, overtime, tracking, and other compensation components are delivered on time and at the right amount

  • Oversee general affairs activities, including facilities management, and administrative support services are delivered based on procedure and company needs.

  • Ensure the People Service team provides guidance and clarification on HR-related matters courteously and professionally.

Industrial Relation

  • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and employment-related legislation to ensure compliance and provide guidance to management and employees.

  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations by fostering effective communication, addressing employee grievances, and providing employee benefits or recognition programs.

  • Collaborate with Legal in negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements, and managing the resolution of labor disputes
