SUMMARY OF POSITION

Responsible for all aspects of sales operation support and sales administration support to the Indonesia team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide all-rounded clerical support in sales administration and sales operations.

  • Prepare Quotation and Contract for government clinic/ dental hospital, update all related record.

  • Support CS team to input sales orders via AX system and support clear aligner ordering.

  • Support E-Catalogue regarding order processing.

  • Monitor demand forecasts and stock to accommodate availability products.

  • Working closely with Supply Chain team to ensure availability products.

  • Support CRM management and maintenance.

  • Work closely with 4PL and sales team to enhance sales activities.

  • Support sales and marketing teams to implement sales and marketing activities.

  • Perform other related duties as required.

Education

Bachelor Degree or above

Experience

  1. years of sales/business operation experience supporting sales team.

Specific Knowledge /skills

  • High attention to details/data and accountability.

  • Must be able to prioritize, manage, interact with cross-functional team and meet deadlines.

  • Must have positive working attitude and embrace with challenges.

  • Technical Competency Requirement MOS Excel Expert, Proficient in MS Dynamic AX.

  • Good communication skills with strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and able to work independently and under pressure.

  • Self-motivated, strong communication and teamwork.
