Description

To evaluate and to assess pre commercial hybrids (R4 & R5) through PAT and PKP program and to give recommendation hybrids that can perform better under Indonesia market segment(s) against competitor hybrids and current commercial Pioneer hybrid offer.

Coordinate with Category Manager and NAM to plan and manage data collection plan in PAT and PKP to align with current market where the business is operating while keep in the loop of learning the opportunity geography where the hybrid(s) might perform well against competitors and current Pioneer hybrid offer.

Manage the standardization in PAT and PKP, to obtain trustable data for decision making during Hybrid Decision Meeting (HDM) by reduce variance amongst plots and maintain farmer practice as much as possible.

Assist new commercialization and category manager team in launching preparation for new hybrid starting from LPD preparation, establishing VP's, BVC's, and KTP for each hybrid.

Conduct Package of Technology (POT) for R5's for any agronomy intervention or recommendation to be made of the new hybrid.

Assist DG and Sales team in handling new hybrid(s) until RC02, mainly in finding the right geography, right POT, conduct Product Knowledge Training (internally and externally).

Contribute in internal monthly meeting to provide weather forecast, market insights, for district team to forecast sales for the next 3 months.

Qualifications

  • Product Knowledge

  • Computer skill (MS Power Point, MS Excel, Outlook)

  • English speaking and writing prolificacy

  • Leadership and Management ability

  • Ability to drive with a driver's license

  • Ability to work as part of a team
