You’ll make an impact by

  • Develop and strengthen focus account customer

  • Manage performance of assigned vertical sales team to achieve sales numbers

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop leads within the [Industry] sector

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers

  • Deliver impactful presentations that showcase the value proposition of our solutions

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve ambitious sales targets

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape

Your defining qualities

  • Bachelor Degree in engineering or related major

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Automation industry

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

  • Strong understanding of the Automation industries; motors, drive, PLC, market and its pain points

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • The ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels

  • A collaborative and results-oriented mindset

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

  • English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiencies
