Oracle Channel Sales Manager in JAKARTA, Indonesia

Job Description

Sells Oracle NetSuite product portfolio via channel partners to a large number of non-named accounts in Indonesia.

Primary job duty is to sell Oracle NetSuite business applications software/solutions to prospective customers. Handle sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning together with assigned channel partners. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of ERP sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with customers within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic territory plan for achieving annual quota and business growth by hitting your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets working through channel partners.

  • Identify and develop joint go-to-market strategies and lead generation activities with channel partners with support from NetSuite Channel Marketing Team.

  • Direct and coach partners on successful engagement of business opportunities and lead negotiation helping partners win deals at optimum value, and providing accurate forecast

  • Engage with prospective clients with the channel partners at key milestone events such as executive briefing, discovery, demo, proposal walk through and closing where vital to ensure partners’ excellent execution of sales process to ensure Oracle NetSuite is the solution of choice, via online and in-person customer meetings.

  • Conduct regularly Business reviews with partners’ C-levels and weekly sales cadence with partners’ sales leaders and sales rep to provide accurate sales forecast, increase revenue, share of revenue and market share from partner ecosystems

  • Educate partners in Oracle commercial practices. Maintains a good understanding of Oracle technologies and articulates Oracle value propositions to partners and their customers

  • Identify partners that contribute to existing channel ecosystem and coordinate the Channel Recruitment team to recruit them and identify existing channel partners that can be developed to attain higher achievement and own the Channel Development team and Enablement team to upskill them.
