We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented Trailer Repair Technicians to join our team as Instructors. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and mentorship to other team members, ensuring they are trained to the highest level of proficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for mechanics and a strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Welding, Refrigeration unit service and repair, and Chassis repair and maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing learning aids and assessments.

  • Utilize approved course materials and teaching methods.

  • Facilitate student-centered learning and deliver objectives.

  • Adhere to compliance with teaching methods and materials.

  • Advise on academics, attendance, and maintain records.

  • Collaborate with departments to support goals.

  • Offer academic support, tutoring, and skills enhancement.

  • Maintain containers and chassis to safety standards.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong command of public speaking

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Certifications required:

  • IICL

  • FMCSA

  • Refrigerant Handling license

  • Welding certification
