Jacobs Senior Site Lead - TS/SCI With Poly in Jacksonville, Florida

Your Impact:

Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Act as the site lead for CI analysts and HUMINT-focused analysts at reach-back location in support of CJTF-OIR CJ2X CI and HUMINT teams.

· Acts as liaison between CJ2X staff and primary reach-back analytical support to effectively answer requests for information (RFI), analytical products, briefing products, link analysis products, and associated assessments.

· Performs RFI Management.

· Delegates requirements to contractor analysts and tracks their progress.

· Compiles and performs QC of production to ensure completeness, providing revisions when/if needed.

· Briefs customers on final contractor products covering minimally, the who, what, where, when, and why (5Ws) and any other SIG-ACT information, observations.

· Provides ad hoc/anticipated deliverables in coordination with the Government Lead and the COR/ACOR: RFI workbook, RFI tracker updated, and/or briefings via phone/VIC as tasked.

· Ensures all analysts uphold analytical standards through close supervision and mentorship for its contractor personnel.

· Keeps CHASE OIC, and CJ2X and any other identified Government Leads informed of current RFIs, constraints, issues, and impacts.

· Ensures all team members are operating within legal and operational requirements.

· Employes advance analytical processes and methodologies.

· Identifies opportunities for greater efficiency and informs Government lead.

· Develops relationships with external elements that can enhance or expedite team products.

· Stress tests innovations in a controlled environment prior to disseminating across the team.

· Identifies Military Source Operations (MSO) leads.

· Provides analytical support to Operations.

· Ensures ad hoc/anticipated deliverables are completed no latter then (NLT) 48 hours after initial tasking, unless otherwise coordinated with the Government Lead, and COR/ACOR.

Here’s what you’ll need :

Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree or 8 years additional relevant management experience

· At least 8 years’ experience with former MOS US Army 35L, 35M, 351L/M, 97B, 97E, 35E, or civilian 1811/0132 (equivalent to GG-14 level) OR with other DOD/Joint service equivalent specialty codes such as 18F – SF INTEL NCO or 180A SF WO with ASOT-III, or USAF 7XOSI – Special Investigator (SI) or 1N7X1 Human Intelligence Specialist

Desired Requirements

· Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

· Desired Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.

· Previous experience as a CAT 1 Collector.
