Acosta Group Senior Director Digital Commerce Operations & Strategy in Jacksonville, Florida

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities

  • Define operational strategies that streamline processes and optimize efficiency

  • Define actionable roadmaps for strategic initiatives

  • Develop and implement enhanced pricing strategies to improve profitability and measurement

  • Organize and facilitate core business planning and engage leadership to report on quarterly KPIs and client account status

  • Partner with Business Development to price proposals, respond to RFPs and streamline the sales to delivery hand off process

  • Research industry, market, and competitive agency trends and position Acosta Group to drive value to clients

  • Optimize organization structure and resource allocation planning to improve capacity through refinedoperations and enhanced service offerings

  • Partner with IT and SaaS vendors to evaluate and improve tech stack and operations

  • Evaluate outsourced service models to improve profitability and cost-to-serve

  • Develop business development strategies to identify targeted leads and new channels for growth

  • Enhance sales materials, case studies and marketing efforts toarticulate Acosta Group’s unique value proposition

  • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Strategy, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in business process improvement, preferably in digital commerce (CPG & Omnichannel Retail a plus)

  • Prefer candidates with consulting, client development and go to market strategy experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, sales, and customer success

  • Able to multitask with simultaneous projects, tasks, and other duties, while demonstrating priority, and urgency to drive completion.
