Job Description:

Onsite Mailroom Operations Associate

On Site in Jacksonville, FL

Hourly Rate: $17.00

Monday through Saturday 8am-5pm with one day off during the week

We are seeking to fill our Mailroom Associate Position located in Jacksonville, FL. This is an FULL-TIME onsite position.

Mailroom Associates is responsible for daily operations in the corporate mail center mailroom. Within this role the ideal candidate must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively. The associate will understand the full functioning and integration of working together to achieve company goals. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sort images, documents, files, and archives by form type

  • Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing

  • Deliver and collect all mail and place into correct locations

  • Receive, sort and process mail, packages and supplies as they arrive

  • Scanning and operating scanning machine to digitize mail

  • Perform quality assurance on digital scan images and sorted hard copies

  • May require sitting and/ or standing for lengthy periods of time

  • May require limited data entry; computer and typing skills are required

  • May require operation of other machinery including opening mail, photo copiers, printing, etc.

  • Follow all mailroom security procedures and all company procedures

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • 1-2 years in a working environment

  • Office work environment, 40+ work hours per week; available for OT

  • Required to lift up to 40lbs regularly

  • Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills Minimum Requirements:

  • Computer Skills: Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment

  • Great customer service and excellent organization skills

  • Strong attention to detail; Must translate information effectively and accuratel

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The salary range for this role is $17 per hour.
