PeopleReady Marine Construction Skilled Laborer in Jacksonville, Florida

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Marine Construction workers. As a Marine Construction worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to construction and maintenance of marine structures. This is a physically demanding role that requires a range of construction skills. You will need a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $19 / hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hours: Monday - Friday | 8 hour shifts

  • Perform duties in aquatic environments

  • Execute heavy lifting tasks

  • Operate Watercrafts

  • Adhere to team deadlines

  • Ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts

  • Remain vigilant and attentive to your surroundings

  • Utilize power tools and equipment to complete construction tasks

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have 2+ years of verifiable construction experience

  • Concrete/Masonry experience is a plus

  • Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle.

  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Willingness to work in marine environments and adhere to safety protocols.

  • Must be willing and able to complete drug test and background check
