PeopleReady Marine Construction Skilled Laborer in Jacksonville, Florida
We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Marine Construction workers. As a Marine Construction worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to construction and maintenance of marine structures. This is a physically demanding role that requires a range of construction skills. You will need a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
The pay rate for this job is $17 - $19 / hour
Job Responsibilities:
Hours: Monday - Friday | 8 hour shifts
Perform duties in aquatic environments
Execute heavy lifting tasks
Operate Watercrafts
Adhere to team deadlines
Ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts
Remain vigilant and attentive to your surroundings
Utilize power tools and equipment to complete construction tasks
Qualifications & Experience:
Must have 2+ years of verifiable construction experience
Concrete/Masonry experience is a plus
Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to work in marine environments and adhere to safety protocols.
Must be willing and able to complete drug test and background check
