Are you an experienced technician seeking an exciting opportunity to showcase and expand your skills in electrical maintenance? Look no further! Our company is currently seeking a dedicated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Technician. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work on state of the art machines in the marketing industry performing troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance.
salary: $40,000 - $54,999.98 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment in assigned area.
Adjust and monitor equipment as necessary to maintain machines ability to perform at or above its rated standard.
Sets up machines, or assists operators in set ups: trouble shoots operator problems.
Work with Quality Control to verify the proper adjustment of double detectors, scales, feeders, counters, etc.
Report any faulty machine components or systems that could jeopardize the safety of any individual, or result in major down time.
Dismantles machine or equipment to examine parts for defect or to remove defective part.
Replaces defective part with new part or repairs or reproduces part needed.
Assembles and test operates machine to verify correction of malfunction.
Maintains and lubricates machine tools and equipment.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 45lbs
