Are you an experienced technician seeking an exciting opportunity to showcase and expand your skills in electrical maintenance? Look no further! Our company is currently seeking a dedicated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Technician. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work on state of the art machines in the marketing industry performing troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance.

salary: $40,000 - $54,999.98 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment in assigned area.

  • Adjust and monitor equipment as necessary to maintain machines ability to perform at or above its rated standard.

  • Sets up machines, or assists operators in set ups: trouble shoots operator problems.

  • Work with Quality Control to verify the proper adjustment of double detectors, scales, feeders, counters, etc.

  • Report any faulty machine components or systems that could jeopardize the safety of any individual, or result in major down time.

  • Dismantles machine or equipment to examine parts for defect or to remove defective part.

  • Replaces defective part with new part or repairs or reproduces part needed.

  • Assembles and test operates machine to verify correction of malfunction.

  • Maintains and lubricates machine tools and equipment.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working in a smoke free environment

  • wearing steel toe shoes

  • working in a non-temperature controlled environment

  • manual lifting up to 45lbs
