What You Can Expect

Perform general electrical and mechanical maintenance activities on manufacturing and plant engineering equipment. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) activities on equipment. General troubleshooting and basic repair of equipment. Assist with equipment installation, relocation and decommissioning. Assist in operating and maintaining auxiliary equipment required for plant operations. General maintenance activities involve numerous industrial equipment types throughout multiple buildings.

How You'll Create Impact

  • General electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment.

  • Perform cleaning and lubrication filtration activities on industrial equipment.

  • General troubleshooting and basic repair on industrial equipment.

  • Preventive maintenance activities on industrial equipment.

  • Assist experienced Maintenance Technicians as needed for equipment maintenance activities.

  • Continuous improvement activities associated to equipment & maintenance requirements.

  • Accurate work order documentation of maintenance activities performed in adherence to requirements of the regulated industry.

  • Professional customer service focus and communication to all levels of the organization.

  • Responsible for safety of self, personnel, equipment and environments.

  • Work with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) on-site service and remote technical support.

  • Operate fork lifts, man-lifts and other industrial equipment.

  • General understanding of industrial equipment controls, schematics, components and operation.

  • Able use common hand tools, power tools, operating machine tools, electrical measuring instruments.

Your Background

  • High School diploma or GED.

  • 2-4 years industrial maintenance experience is preferred.
