HOA and Condo Association law firm is currently hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal. The position is full time and permanent. The law firm provides annual salary increases, PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, etc. Starting pay is up to $50,000 depending on experience.

The ideal applicant will have no less than 3 years of solid litigation work as a paralegal or legal assistant. Applicants must have real estate experience in either an HOA/Condo law firm or handling full cycle foreclosure litigation cases and have an interest in learning HOA work. The law firm represents associations in a variety of matters from code enforcement, foreclosures, personal injury/insurance defense, etc.

The litigation paralegal is responsible for handling a very heavy caseload and working closely with HOA/Condo Board members, city officials, and homeowners. Manage complaints, referrals, prepare notices, complaints, liens, release of liens, foreclosure notices, collections, etc. This is a very demanding position that is document intensive and deadline driven. You will work closely with another litigation attorney and his legal assistant. Each attorney and paralegal work in teams. You must be professional and courteous and truly a team player. Applicants need to work with a sense of urgency and be capable of multitasking on a daily basis.
