STAFF ZONE General Laborer - JLA BADGED in Jacksonville, Florida

Staff Zone is urgently hiring for general laborers that are already JLA badged for several long term projects. These projects will last for multiple years and be full-time positions, overtime potential. Pay starts at $14 an hour

Please visit either Jacksonville Staff Zone Location - 2800 Main St. or 736 Edgewood Ave N

Application Hours are 9am-2pm every Monday-Thursday

Please bring 2 forms of ID to form an I-9

Key Duties:

  • Cleaning up worksites of debris
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and throw away trash
  • Report issues with unsafe conditions
  • Complete cleanup tasks in a timely and safe manner
  • Standing, walking, lifting, bending to complete tasks
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • JLA Badging Required
  • Commitment to safety rules
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled climates
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs. and stand long periods
  • Ability to follow all safety instructions and procedures.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

  • Able to work in all elements of the outdoor environment which include the heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.
  • Capable of working in physical positions that may include kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, twisting etc.
