Citigroup Data Analytics Lead Analyst in Jacksonville, Florida

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Data Analytics Lead Analyst for its Jacksonville, FL location.

Duties: Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements and ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals. Perform in-depth evaluations of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to resolve high impact problems and projects. Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation, and develop a comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. Translate functional requirements into detailed designs and finalize service level agreements and business needs to prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) use cases. Perform in-depth analysis to define system issues and develop innovative solutions. Support key regulatory reporting initiatives to maintain data privacy and security and deliver management and business analyses for key regulatory initiatives. Serve as an advisor to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. Assess risk when business decisions are made and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal and external policies. Support and implement financial regulatory reporting projects. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policy.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Five (5) years of experience must include: Applications development, systems/data analysis, system maintenance, and leading support functions; Programming software applications including Ab initio, DataStage, Informatica, Mainframe, Teradata, Oracle, DB2, MongoDB, Hive, pyspark, Amazon web services, Autosys, or Tivoli; Serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Applications Development and Support; Working with large volumes of data (in Petabytes), DWH (Data Warehouse) / EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse), and Big Data Platforms; Overseeing data projects and managing technical deliveries; and Working with ETL, Visualization, Data Lineage, and Tracing tools. 40 hrs./wk.
