We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Spanish/English speaking Export Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and coordinating shipments to various countries, ensuring smooth and timely delivery. You'll handle daily communication with clients, freight forwarders, and internal teams to guarantee orders are processed and shipped accurately. Your responsibilities will include maintaining order and shipping documentation, providing regular updates to customers, and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders. You'll also prepare monthly reports for the corporate office, work with USDA inspectors, and take charge of order guide maintenance. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the coordination and scheduling of shipments to various countries, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

  • Maintain daily communication on outgoing orders, coordinate shipping dates and times with freight forwarders, and provide essential updates to customers.

  • Handle all necessary documentation for orders and shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high performance standards.

  • Work closely with internal teams to guarantee order accuracy and on-time shipments.

  • Respond promptly to all communications to keep all parties informed and engaged.

  • Update and distribute order guides as necessary.

  • Export and ship orders in a timely and precise manner.

  • Act as the main point of communication for all involved parties in the shipping process.

  • Conduct research and investigations as needed to resolve issues and improve processes.

  • Create necessary shipping documents and certificates for international shipments.

  • Generate monthly reports for the corporate office to track performance and progress.

  • Collaborate with USDA inspectors to ensure products are inspected, labeled, and documented correctly.
