4 year(s) of relevant experience in managing IT project planning, delivery, and execution using Agile methodology like Scaled Agile methodology, Kanban and Iterative.

Certification(s) Preferred :

Certified Scrum Master/Certified Scrum Product Owner, KMP1, KMP2 (Kanban Certification), TFBR (Trainer Certification - optional), Agile Coaching Institute Certification and Waterfall methodology experience.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Engaging with Scrum teams across US Tech to guide and lead them in Sprint-based software delivery;

  • Facilitating or assisting with workshops on Agile Best Practices for Scrum teams and roles;

  • Assessing the team’s planning, approach and delivery on a regular basis, and providing coaching that enables improvements and helps to grow US Tech’s Agile adoption;

  • Coordinating with leadership and teams to guide and coach team’s work, facilitating team decisions when needed;

  • Working within an environment that is very complex and distributed across multiple business domains and technologies;

  • Helping to ensure Scrum teams are enabled to deliver quality products every release;

  • Providing coaching and support to teams and leading by example;

  • Engaging and/or assisting in release planning, sprint planning, product and sprint backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, daily stand up meetings, user story development, estimation, and other related activities when possible;

  • Leading the teams to improvements through the application of Agile best practices;

  • Demonstrating proven interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain a close working relationship with analysts, Scrum Masters, technical leads, developers and product owners; and,

  • Communicating and promoting Agile ways of working to others.
