The role

The Training Support Specialist- Housing and Recruiting Specialist will assist the Training Support Manager(TSM) with ensuring practical evaluations are scheduled in the most efficient and timely manner possible. This position involves working closely with students and instructors while maintaining accurate records, and assisting with the coordination of various housing and recruiting related activities. The TSS Housing and Recruiting Specialist will contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment for our students.

Responsibilities

  1. Adhering to and demonstrating ATP's core values.

  2. Verifying move-ins, move-outs, and student housing arrangements.

  3. Completing housing check-in and check-out forms.

  4. Submitting maintenance requests and managing housing inspections.

    1. Signing and managing lease agreements, as well as utility spreadsheets.
  5. Engaging in heavy phone usage for various tasks.

    1. Maintaining a positive can-do attitude and professional demeanor.
  6. Sending out weekly emails to students who are near completion of the program to potentially instruct for ATP.

9.. Following up on reports and ensuring their completion.

  1. Assisting with recruiting calls for instructors who have completed the program.

Qualifications

  • Customer service-oriented work experience required

  • Certified Flight Instructor Certificate(s) preferred

  • Some college coursework preferred

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required

  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related field preferred.

  • Heavy emphasis on Excel Programs
