Position Summary:

Were looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager to join the HR team at C5MI! In this position, youll be responsible for the creation and execution of talent acquisition and onboarding strategies with a focus on achieving results aligned with the big picture at C5MI. Initiative, coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on results despite the rapidly changing conditions, is the key to achieving the performance objectives of this job. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition and onboarding strategy.
  • Collaborate with leaders to determine hiring needs and understand the requirements of positions.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting lifecycle.
  • Manage 3^rd^ party relationships related to talent acquisition - recruiting agency partners, LinkedIn, colleges and universities, vendors, etc.
  • Manage the use of Predictive Index in the hiring process.
  • Manage the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Manage the Affirmative Action Plan, EEO-1 reporting, and Veterans reporting.
  • Collaborate with leaders to maintain the job description library.

Required/Desired Education, Training, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within the technology space; SAP recruiting experience or knowledge of SAP would be ideal.
  • Experience in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Experience working with Predictive Index is a plus.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong background in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and candidate assessment.

Proficiency in candidate sourcing using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
