Job Description

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the facilities and B&G of a leading manufacturing plant. The role involves a wide range of maintenance tasks including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and quality checks. You will also handle office suite maintenance such as sheet rock repair, painting, and desk repair. The position requires computer proficiency and the ability to write instructions and complete work orders.

Hard Skills

  • Electrical troubleshooting

  • Mechanical repairs (pumps, piping, valves)

  • Plumbing repairs

  • Quality checks (Water, PH, Chlorine)

  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Soft Skills

Work Environment

The role operates primarily on the 1st shift from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Must be available to work weekends once every 3-5 weeks with scheduled days off during the week. Occasional coverage for vacations and time off on 2nd and 3rd shifts required (2-3 times per year). The manufacturing environment includes non-temperature controlled areas and a fast-paced setting where the plant runs a part every 1.5 minutes
