United Auto Delivery & Recovery Inc. Customer Service / Auto Lot Coordinator in Jackson MS, Mississippi

Job Descriptions:

If you like to work around cars and pride yourself on giving great customer service, we want to talk with you! Since our inception in 1973, we have grown to over 500 employees throughout 10+ states and thanks to our growing business, we are adding new team members. In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors. Job duties include the following:

  • Packing up personal property items from vehicles that have been repossessed

  • Ensure that the items are properly inventoried.

  • Take and upload pictures of vehicles

  • Provide customer service to transporters and debtors as you release vehicles or personal property to them.

This position starts at $14-$15, depending on experience. As a full-time employee, you're eligible for insurance, paid time off, and 401K.

**Note, this position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment. We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule.

Required Experience:

Your qualifications should include a H.S. diploma or the equivalent. A valid driver’s license is required and you must be able to pass pre-employment screening. Due to insurance regulations, you must be at least 23 years of age.

On-the-job training to make sure you have the skills to succeed. You will be eligible for insurance benefits and paid time off.You must have a great team-first work attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You should be willing to work in outside conditions year-round, and be able to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and effectively.
