ELCo Enterprises, Inc., is a family-owned and operated business that thrives on competition and is driven by its core principle to positively impact its customers, team, and community.  Providing the world's largest line of American-made weld wire delivery products for welding applications, along with high performance torch products, anti-spatter, weld cell support equipment and weld cell optimization products & services.  We are currently looking for a highly driven, humble, hungry, & smart 1^st^ shift CNC setup/operator with Swiss type lathe experience to join the family at our headquarters in Jackson, Michigan.

The requirements for this position:

  • Set up; Load programs, change collets and tooling to accommodate various materials.
  • Perform minor program changes, along with making offset changes.
  • Will be required to operate multiple machines simultaneously.

Normal manufacturing and warehousing environment.  Pay rate based on experience.
