Requirements of the Position:
  • Experience in Business to Business Sales Experience to Obtain New Clients
  • Recruiting & Interviewing for Skilled Manufacturing Positions
  • Assisting one Experienced Staffing Specialist Who Reports to the Manager.
  • Experience Client Interaction to Ensure Satisfaction
  • Conflict Management Skills
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills

Previous experience in a temporary staffing environment is highly desirable.
The number one priority is Business to Business Sales & Client Relationships. This position also requires the Manager to have dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance.
