Job Summary: Loader Operator position requirements include, but are not limited to, general loader operation for production and cleanup activities at the site; observe, monitor and report any conditions that could lead to product nonconformity or other irregularity; being trained in various entry-level production positions and fills in as needed during absences, and increased production demands and other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities:

  • General Loader Operation activities related to production and cleanup

  • Observe, monitor and report any conditions which could lead to product nonconformity

  • Operate heavy equipment/machinery in a safe and appropriate manner

  • Clean, inspect, and maintain/secure all equipment in compliance with MSHA, policies and procedures

  • Replace or assist other workers as needed or directed

  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to safely and efficiently operate a Loader

  • Willing and able to work overtime and rotating shifts

  • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form; perform basic math functions

  • Basic computer skills

  • Perform physical labor safely in noisy, dusty, and other harsh working conditions
