We are looking for:

The Manager, Compensation Consulting plans, develops and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with the company's goals and competitive practices. This position is also responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations. The Manger, Compensation Consulting will focus primarily on building strategic relationships with HR Business partners, partnering on organizational changes and supporting complex workforce questions.

Demonstrated business acumen required with strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build consensus across stakeholder groups. Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Management, Accounting & Finance 7+ years of relevant experience In-depth knowledge of compensation programs (Incentive, Base & Bonus structures). Preferred: Master's degree in human resources CCP (Certified Compensation Professional Certification)- Preferred PHR (Professional Human Resources Certification)- Preferred

In this role, you will:

Manage team of compensation professionals; coach team with regard to development to ensure they are up-to-date on compensation trends, are knowledgeable of happenings in their assigned areas, and attain necessary skills to lift their performance. Develop and implement training and communications for HR, Recruiting and leaders to support projects and our annual compensation cycles. Across multiple, diverse business areas, consult and work directly with HR Business Partners and Senior leadership groups to ensure compensation programs are aligned and relevant to both the market and business conditions, while also integrated with key business and HR strategies. Identify problems in current compensations policies, practices, and procedures through research and develop recommendations for solutions. Provide guidance to HR business partners, recruiters and managers regarding CMS's compensation philosophy and application of compensation programs; this includes the design and implementation of effective education strategies for use with stakeholders. Provide technical input to compensation communications and assist in communicating new and/or revised programs and initiatives.
