Kelly Services Call Center Representative in Jackson, Michigan


Kelly Services is seeking motivated and experienced customer service individuals for a family owned and operated call center to help serve the telephone needs of medical and business clients. This job is an office environment and requires communicating verbally with customers on the telephone and entering data via a computer terminal.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and directing callers by answering telephone calls for their customers

  • Ability to multi-task, make sound decisions under pressure, deal with difficult situations and people

  • Determining the nature of the call and directing callers to the appropriate destination and/or following client instructions to obtain a typewritten message

  • Providing accurate, professional, and efficient service to every caller, client, and coworker by processing information requests and relaying verbal information in accordance with Call Handling Guidelines

  • Develop a working knowledge of products and services offered by clients, meet or exceed performance goals, follow the rules, regulations, and policies set forth in the Employee training, Employee Handbook, and any supplemental documents issued

  • Complete any task or temporary assignment related to services

Position Requirements:

  • Bilingual Preferred

  • Customer Service Preferred

  • Typing Skills of 30 WPM

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong basic computer skills

• Call volume: Varies from moderate to heavy
