The primary purpose of this position is to assist the EHS and Public Safety Managers with administrative workload. This position may also assist with various inspections and on-site safety support. This position would allow the EHS and Public Safety Managers to better accomplish safety initiatives, compliance, and improve overall safety culture.

Job Responsiblities:

  • Assist Environmental Health & Safety Manager with program reporting and compliance management

  • Assist with management of National Park Service, Federal, State and other local entities to ensure EHS compliance

  • Establish strong working relationships and partnerships across all resort operations

  • Maintain accurate internal and external recordkeeping systems (MS3, Enablon, Coupa) for the EHS department

  • Manage entry of worker’s compensation injury reports and case management follow up

  • Assist Grand Teton Medical Clinic with employee reporting, case management, medical care, billing and D&A screening

  • Assist local departmental teams with entry of Enablon incident reports, investigation, review and CAR/PAR follow up

  • Assist with entry of Public Safety incident reports to Public Safety Folder

  • Assist with management of Time and Labor tasks for the Public Safety Department

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant business experience

  • Basic 1st Aid, CPR & AED Certification

  • Microsoft office, excel proficiency

  • Knowledge of applicable OSHA, DOT, USCG and NPS regulations preferred

  • OSHA 10 Hour Training

  • Basic 1st Aid, CPR & AED Certification

  • Flexibility to work weekends and ability to work outside for long periods of time in variable weather conditions

  • Proven ability to work within a team and build relationships across departments and functions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
