RIEPILOGO DELLA POSIZIONE E AREE CHIAVE DI RESPONSABILITÀ:

  • Il candidato alla posizione di Customer Engineer, si occuperà della riparazione, manutenzione e installazione delle ns. apparecchiature installate nelle regione Umbria, al fine di garantire la continuità del servizio e alti livelli di soddisfazione del cliente.

  • Sarà responsabile della soluzione del disservizio fino a quando la situazione non è stata risolta in modo soddisfacente per i clienti e/o in conformità con gli accordi sul livello di servizio concordati.

  • L’attività verrà svolta su tutte le apparecchiature fornite da NCR Voyix, in particolare su prodotti PC, workstation e periferiche, stampanti, sistemi POS front-end.

QUALIFICHE DI BASE:

  • Diploma di maturità tecnica o equivalente

  • Capacità di lavorare con la suite Microsoft Office; conoscenze di base del sistema operativo Windows

  • Il candidato dovrà saper operare con una supervisione minima, possedere buone capacità di problem solving, saper acquisire rapidamente nuove competenze, essere disponibile a lavorare con orari flessibili che includono notti, fine settimana, straordinari, turni e reperibilità

  • E’ richiesta attitudine ad operare sia su parti meccaniche che elettriche ed esperienza nella manutenzione dell'hardware del computer (desktop, server, periferiche).
