Job Description

Our Supply Network Operations Department at P&G is looking to hire two System Key Users, within Transportation Operations and Warehouse Operations.

*The main location of the Warehouse Operations Key User role is Şekerpınar Distribution Center.

*The main location of the Transport Operations Key User role is Istanbul General Office.

You will play an essential role in the company‘s structure for using, maintaining, and improving the Supply Chain work processes, technology and capabilities to support the delivery of business results.

In this role, you will provide support in addressing business needs through existing or new functionalities in the related Transportation Management systems (e.g. TMS / Ortec OB etc) or Warehouse Management systems (e.g. PRIME, WFM). This will include supporting End Users with the necessary tools and knowledge for the continuation of daily operations (formal and on-the-job training).

Responsibilities:

Innovation/Adoption:

  • Responsible for flowing best practices and for communicating/coordinating and validating issues/improvements between the business and the local, regional, and global network.

  • Deployment/leadership of technical and work process changes/system upgrades and improvements.

  • Support projects as requested and may participate in development and user acceptance testing on new technologies and work processes.

  • Stay current on updates/projects impacting work system and updates end users.

    Mastery:

  • Provide support for End Users and train, qualify, and maintain with ongoing coaching,

  • Maintain and renew the existing in-market documentation library, i.e training materials, job aids etc.

    Execution:

  • Execute testing for relevant system upgrades/changes/regression testing.

  • Be the first level of support to end users for daily issues.

  • Owns escalation of issues and be the single point of contact for raising issue tickets with Service managers / helpdesk.

  • Ensuring recurring system issues and capability gaps are sustainably resolved / closed.

  • Support Emergency Alternate Procedure and maintain and update regression test plans.

  • Maintain compliance with regular update processes.

    Governance

  • Owner of security process for technology to maintain proper registration.

  • Provide assistances with Audits and are key contributors to the System Control Self Assessment Process.

Job Qualifications

  • University degree from logistics/computer programming /management information systems or related departments.

  • Able to communicate fluently in English/Turkish both written and spoken.

  • Previous SAP knowledge/experience would be an advantage.

  • Experience with transport operations / transport systems or warehouse operations/warehouse systems would be a plus.

  • Interested to learn and improve transport/warehouse operations and work with digital tools.

  • Strong motivation and learning agility to understand business processes and systems.

  • Good listener with strong collaboration skills.

  • Continuous improvement mindset.
