Job Description:

  • To implement the related procedures and initiatives within the framework of the Labor Law and other legislation.

  • Carrying out all payroll processes in accordance with the Labor Law and SSI Legislation, making and controlling the necessary reports, being a guide in personnel and payroll processes and accrual management.

  • Prepare monthly HR reports ( Payroll related ) for Finance/Accounting Departments

  • Monthly calculation and reporting of annual leave, severance and notice pay.

  • Annual Staff Cost budget preparation and staff analysis / reporting.

  • Following all legal regulations and conducting business processes in accordance with the legislation,

  • Support salary benchmarking process , compensation analysis, job evaluation processes, benefits & recognition programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field,

  • 3+ years of experience in HR functions such as experience in payroll management.

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, payroll systems and database software , preferably have experience with Workday HRIS system.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex payroll calculation data.

  • Good organizational and time management skills to meet strict payroll deadlines and manage multiple priorities

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Good command of written and verbal English.
