Description

To work with the EMEA Director of Commercial Compliance for Johnson & Johnson Vision to meet the goal of ensuring that the CEEMA Cluster for Vision business can function and grow in an ethical and legal manner, without compromising its effectiveness or efficiency. This will be achieved through the development and implementation of programs, which will deliver compliant behaviour and initiatives across the organisation.

The job holder will also be involved in total EMEA Vision projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Management of direct reports

  • Whilst the role is responsible for CEEMA Cluster for Vision development of close partnerships with MD&D shared service HCC and Privacy officers across should be built across EMEA.

  • Whilst the role is responsible for CEEMA Cluster for Vision development of close partnerships with the Legal Team should be built across EMEA.

  • Identification of compliance training needs across all markets and functions within CEEMA Cluster for Vision

  • Development and creation of training materials and tools for use across the markets

  • Delivery of compliance training to all functions and markets at all levels within the organisation

  • Monitoring and maintaining training delivery and compliance certification and tracking systems

  • Ensuring training metrics and KPI’s are met

  • Driving the monitoring programme of Commercial Compliance Metrics for the CEEMA Cluster for Vision, analyse results and provide training and build tools to mitigate the risks.

  • Work with the Compliance director to develop and maintain systems to monitor training and the effectiveness of the compliance program across the business.

  • Assisting in market compliance reviews across the region

  • Maintaining communication systems such as the compliance intranet site

  • Developing and updating processes where required.

  • Provide case support and advice to the business on compliance matters.

  • Maintain and develop information and reference databases
