About the role

In our Smart Infrastructure (SI) E-Mobility (E) Business Unit in Istanbul, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies and initiatives for overall eMobility (SI E) sales & marketig and business development (BD) topics.

Our customers ; CPO’s, Fleet Managements, Commercial Buildings, Depots, Municipalities and Ports

What part will you play?

Mainly being part of the new era on transportation via Siemens who is technology influencer. This role will cover sales activites and creating partnerships on different portfolio regarding Siemens guidelines.

Ensures the implementation of Sales guidelines and sets the sales targets for the assigned sales organization.

Be always 1st with the customer in all manners.

Creates new customers to Siemens SI E and SI.

Develops and proposes sales budgets and growth forecasts, aligned with the sales strategy of the unit(s).

Manages completion of budgets and regular sales reporting.

Defines and allocates resources.

Cooperates with Marketing, Customer Service and Project Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning.

Initiates and contributes to planning of customer related product development measures or the setup of customer related projects.

Support strategic key customers' business development.

What you need to make real what matters

University degree in Engineering

More than 3 years’ of experience in sales and/or partner management

Fluent English and Turkish in speaking and writing is a must.

No restirictions for travelling to customers.

Good understanding of the electro-mobility ecosystem, power distribution and IoT technologies

Wide ranging commercial and contractual experience including end-to-end bid management.

Ability to prioritize and manage own time effectively to achieve targets.
