  • Dönemsel olarak satış noktalarına yönelik kampanyaların verilen şirket içi plan ve hedeflere göre ekip vasıtasıyla sorumluluk alanı içindeki noktalara anlatılması, ve uygulanması.(rekabet hukuku kurallarına uygun olarak)

  • Şirket kriterleri çerçevesinde ve rekabet hukuku kurallarıyla tam uyum içinde, sorumlu olduğu bölge içindeki noktalar ile anlaşma görüşmelerinin yapılması ve sonuçlandırılması.

  • Şirket vizyonu çerçevesinde, kalite ve müşteri odaklı çalışmak,. Nokta ve Müşteri şikâyetlerini anında ilgili birimlere bildirip, çözüm sürecinin takibini sağlamak. Satılan ürünlerin tarihi ve kalitesini kontrol edip doğru rotasyonunu sağlamak.

  • Pazardaki gelişmeleri düzenli olarak analiz ederek ve tespit edilen gelişim alanlarının çözüm önerileri ile birlikte birim yöneticileri ile paylaşarak gelişim fırsatları yaratmak.

  • Her durumda rekabet hukuku kuralları başta olmak üzere tüm yasal zorunluluklara, şirket kurallarına ve etik kurallara uyum sağlamak.
