Job Title: Project Manager

Takeda Turkey operates in Turkey since 2009; we are providing better health to patients in different therapeutic areas which are Oncology, Hematology, Rare Genetic Diseases, Immunology and GI.

We are currently looking for a strong profile with the right attitude to join our Business Operations team as "Project Manager".

Project Manager will be reporting to Business Operations Head. Execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within priorities and according to specifications. This role involves coordinating stakeholders, highlighting risks and creating an environment for discussion, and maintaining clear communication to achieve project objectives and satisfy organizational requirements.

How you will contribute:

• Contributing to project management capability building throughout the company.

• Developing project plans in close interaction with the stakeholders and leading the execution of project pipeline

• Lead the execution of the project pipeline, promptly involving all the necessary contributors

• Prepare status presentation materials for the management on a regular basis

• Govern and direct the responsible team members towards the timely completion of the assigned tasks

• Support planning and implementing the project pipeline in alignment with organizational priorities and timing

• Provide methodological support to the teams in structuring and summarizing the inputs

What you bring to Takeda:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or other relevant work experience

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, experience in Big 4 (EY, KPMG, PWC, Deloitte) or Big 3 (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) is a preference

• Proven experience with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve the project goals

• A clear understanding of business processes in the pharmaceutical industry

• Proven ability to work under strict deadlines and multitasking

• Expert use of the basic project management tools: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint (incl. ThinkCell), MS Project

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
