The Region

The PVH South East Region is one of the most dynamic organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. The Position & Responsibilities;

As IT Intern you will support IT operational processes for our brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.

  • Ticket Management

  • End User/VIP/Remote Support

  • Incident, Problem, Performance, Capacity and Change Management

  • PC/laptop hardware Asset, Software, App. installations/Fix/Troubleshooting

  • IDM/Access Management

  • IT process documentation

  • L1 Network Troubleshooting

  • Office Infra Support including imaging, cabling, Internet, printer, wi-fi, TP, MR and TRS

  • On/off boarding store support

Ideal Candidate:

  • Preferably 3rd or 4th year university student or new graduate IT related departments

  • Able to do long-term internship at least 3 full days a week

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, high energy and likes to have fun

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Aiming at self-improvement and eager to learn

  • Prone to teamwork, analytical thinking, pro-activity and result oriented

  • Demonstrated business professionalism, respect for confidentiality, and appropriate handling of sensitive information
