You will:

  • Prepare overall and departmental budgets  by closely working with stakeholders to create high quality forecast as required;

  • Oversee financial bridging, analytics and related automation efforts;

  • Perform monthly/quarterly reports to high management and investors;

  • Participate in local and international financial transformation projects in a rapidly growing company;

  • Ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial reporting (both revenue  & cost items);

  • Actively Business Partnering with other departments  on goal setting and goal tracking;

  • Managing and reporting analysis on the reconciliation between Local GAAP  and management accounting.

    You have:

  • Bachelor's degree with a study in Engineering, Economics or Business department;

  • High-level English & Turkish proficiency;

  • 1-2 years experience in related areas;

  • Good understanding of financial modeling and ability to recommend or make improvements;

  • Ability to understand business drivers of the company and link local and global business drivers to financial modeling;

  • Comprehensive Excel spreadsheet and business modeling skills (SQL knowledge is a plus);

  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills;

  • Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills;

  • Courage to face ambiguity and uncertainty;

  • CPA internship is a plus;

  • Having the competence to provide support in audit processes
