Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Country General Manager and board members. This role involves managing various administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficient time management for the Country General Manager and board members.

  • Coordination of meetings spanning multiple countries and time zones.

  • Booking meeting rooms, technical equipment, and catering services.

  • Organizing national and international conference calls.

  • Detailed planning and arrangement of travel logistics.

  • Facilitating visa letters for travel as needed.

  • Preparation and creation of meeting agendas, event plans, and workshop schedules.

  • Handling travel expenses and accounting.

  • Managing email correspondence for supported management.

  • Overseeing events and workshops.

  • Editing and preparing presentations.

  • Providing coverage for colleagues during absences.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

This role is suitable for candidates who possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles.

  • And/or recent university graduates interested in developing their career at IBM.

  • Prior experience as an assistant, preferably within an international company, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills. Alternatively, university graduates with an interest in administration/business and operations are encouraged to apply.

  • Fluent proficiency in Turkish and English (spoken and written) for daily communication.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and internet usage.

  • Strong team orientation, capable of collaborating effectively in groups and providing support in standby situations.

  • Effective communication skills.
