For our DI Operational Company, Factory Automation (FA) Business Unit, we are looking for a Business Administration Professional who is a key finance member of the FA commercial team to ensure successful performance of Business Unit commercial transaction in terms of volume, cost, cash and overall performance.
This role will be responsible for managing / operating and reporting of general budgeting, financial controlling, accounting and operational processes in all segment related finances area(s), other accountabilities to directly support effective and profitable Business Unit management.
What are my responsibilities?
Supports accountable Business Unit and BA Management, provides advice, and proposes measures regarding Finance / Business Administration.
Supports implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards, and procedures, for the assigned organization unit.
Completes consolidation of all accounting, financial reporting, and other finance related operations (incl. P&L reporting and Balance Sheet).
Coordination of the preparation for monthly and quarterly reports and analyzing the deviations between the actual and plan values.
Prepare and present commercial data for forecasting and budgeting, financial review meetings to the management and/or financial audit purposes.
Creation and control of budgeting/monthly forecast and monitoring business volume, sales and administrative costs, balance sheet positions for FA local management and FA Headquarter.
Fulfill monthly closing transactions like ensuring all project/order plan, revenues, costs, accruals, etc. are captured in the financial statement.
Follow-up project/order bank guarantees, processing Letter of Credits (L/C), accruals, provisions, receivables and payables, hedging transactions, project related insurance social security (SGK) topics (if necessary).
Support and control of claim management, risk management and NCC topics
and FA Headquarter.
Checks content and analyzes supplier and/ customer contracts, to ensure compliant and standardized contract management.
Supports finance projects and/or processes including associated consulting in area of the respective BI content and / or application.
Supporting the daily activities of the department within defined targets of time and quality: Customer discount tracking and reporting, creating invoices of interest, return, price differences from customers., accounting vouchers, customer master data creation or change, advance payment booking, tax operations like stamp tax report, VAT Return.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
Very good command of English language (German is an asset).
Knowledge of financial accounting (Local Accounting, IFRS), controlling/reporting, logistics, international and Turkish law, tax, foreign trade, and customs regulations etc.
Good command of MS Office and SAP. (Power BI, Tableau etc. is an asset)
Analytical thinking result and quality-oriented approach, solid professional judgment & problem-solving ability and good communication skills are required competencies.
Team-oriented ability to work with cross - functional teams.
Must be able and willing to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Able to work partly remote.
